Who owns my contact data?
You do. Full stop. Contacts live in your account, exportable at any time as CSV or JSON. Yeevu is a storage and routing layer — not a SaaS that claims ownership of your list.
Does Yeevu send emails?
No. Yeevu Contacts is not an email platform. It captures, cleans, and distributes contact records to whatever email tool you use. Send emails from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or your own system — Yeevu stays the source of truth.
Can I export my contacts anytime?
Yes. Every list, every segment, every filtered view can be exported as CSV or JSON. No export fees, no delay, no CS ticket required.
What if my provider isn't supported natively?
Use the generic webhook target. You define the URL, the field mapping, and the headers — Yeevu POSTs contacts as JSON. Pair it with n8n, Zapier, or Make to reach any tool in existence.
Is Yeevu GDPR-friendly?
You're the controller, and Yeevu stays out of the way. Store consent metadata (consent_status, consent_source, consent_at) alongside each contact, respect do_not_push flags, and erase records on request. Yeevu doesn't enforce compliance for you — it gives you the primitives to enforce yours.
